Lori Matney-Young

Lori Matney-Young majored in Fine Arts at The University of Texas. Her work has been featured nationally in Southern Lady Magazine, Southern Living Magazine, At Home in Arkansas Magazine and Romantic Homes Magazine. Lori's canvas' are currently carried by shops in eleven different states. She offers her canvas' online to those unable to find a shop in their area. She's painted murals at the Northeast Louisiana Children's Museum in Monroe and in many retail and residential establishments.   Her paintings and hand painted furniture reside in many lovely homes across the United States and abroad. Lori is a published illustrator. Currently, she is working on a children's book.  She was co-owner of a successful retail shop in Ruston, Louisiana for over 7 years

 Co-owning, buying for and merchandising a nationally recognized retail shop for over 7 years, Lori knows what sells and how to sell it. She knows the need for great affordable merchandise.  Recently, Lori decided to step out on her own. An artist at heart, she realized the need for quality innovative art work.  Now Lori has time to dream & create her own signature series.  She hopes her work will encourage you to "Appréciez La Vie"!(Enjoy Life! ) And she does.

 Lori has been  married to Joey for 26 years. Together they have three sons...
